Pawar of 4 Rapid Sig Regt (Physical Casualty
declared by CO 4 Rapid Sig Regt) expired on 03.02.2014 due to massive heart
attack while on duty. Dead body reached
at Solapur by 0900 h on 05.02.2014 and
cremated at 11.30 h accordingly. Cheque
amounting to Rs 10,000/- (financial assistance) handed over to Smt Mukta widow
of above deceased soldier by the hands of Shri Harun Sayyad, Dy Mayor Municipal
Corporation Solapur. Ex Capt SM Godbole, Zilla
Sainik Welfare Officer and Shri KK Bobde, WO were present
